  2. Hey Zack

I first heard about you and what you are doing on NBC news. When I heard how far and long you have been walking to raise money for the homeless I was truly touched. Thinking about it now brings tears to my eyes and gives me goose bumps. Your actions will send a ripple affect of good and we need that now more than ever. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Where can I send a donation? I wish you were walking through Nebraska because I would walk with you.

    Good luck

  7. Hey Zach,

I was on the set of the movie yesterday in Charleston. I even got asked by the director to be in a scene. I'm just learning about you and your many accomplishments, but I'm becoming a huge fan! Good luck!

  11. Hi Zack.......Soooooooo proud of what you and your family are accomplishing, for the help and aid of others not so fortunate...

Unfortunately my family went through some of those rough times and was homeless for a year and a half with a young child at the time...Thank GOD our lives changed for the better and we are very much stable now...But you NEVER forget your low times and your heart always goes out to people that are still suffering that way.

I live in New Port Richey with my family now, and will be following your progress across America....I also will be watching out for your return back to Tampa...=)

    Good luck....and once again....Thank-you for caring...=)

  12. Hey Zack, This just goes to show anyone of us can make a difference, it just takes the willingness to try! Congrats to you and the crew. You are a modern hero.

  14. Zach, I learned about your project and walk on AOL News this morning. It told about the movie they are making about you in Charleston, SC. I live in Columbia, SC, two hours from Charleston, and I am so grateful for what you, your mom and crew are doing. Thank you for caring!

  15. Zack!

Finally! Someone is showing the world the importance of America's Homeless( esp the kids) I started something this past Dec 2009, giving 2 gallon sized bags filled with a blanket, water, protein bar, toothbrush, toothpaste and a beanie with gloves. I got about 10 good friends to help me out and contribute. I still have some bags left, to which I will give away to some kids i know who are homeless and I will give them with you in mind. Thank you. God Bless. And keep up the good work!

  16. Dude... dude... this... this is awesome OMG HOW DID YOU DO IT!!!

  17. Zach, thanks for sharing the great photos! I especially like the one of you w/ the pinto horse. Continued success along your journey!

  18. Hi Zack

I have been following your walk so far. It was great walking the first mile with you. I am very proud of you! I have encouraged our other Hillsborough Virtual School students and their parents to volunteer and do something good for their community. I have shared your story in both last month's and this month's school newsletter. Be safe as you make your way to California. Finally, Zack, with all the publicity you are getting, always remember who you are and why you got involved in the 'Little Red Wagon'. I know you will. Tell your mom I said hi. She is a great support and you are very lucky to have her. Make sure you take time to remind her of your appreciation of her. Safe journey ~

  19. We were staying at the Ameristar RV park and saw your RV and VW. We were not familiar with your walk, but when we returned home, I looked you up on the internet. I am so sorry that we were not able to meet you personally. I took photos of your RV and VW, but I should have knocked on the door to find out what it was all about. This is such an admirable project. I would have felt so honored to have spoken to you and found out more about your project. I could not believe that I had not heard about your trip through Mississippi. More publicity should have been provided. Thank you for taking on this project and much continued good luck with your walk.

  20. I found out about your incredible, inspiring feat through a webinar with Greg Mortensen. What a selfless, caring, and genuinely good young person. You truly are a role model for all of us.
